Established in early 2003 Retail Impact was initially founded upon the recognition of a demand amongst the ‘Big Four’ of food retailing for an expertise in operational support. The extent of this demand was only to become clear upon the burgeoning success achieved in the initial years of operation.
Within 5 years of inception the success achieved has helped to more than double the size of the total support operation and has seen the functionality provided by the Retail Impact team break the boundaries of all key trading categories.
In the beginning primary focus centred around working with clients in the protein sector. Specialists in the field of Meat, Fish and Poultry were assigned to supporting the restoration and growth within this key trading area, tailoring support needs to the individuals’ requirements.
With unmitigated success achieved across all of our customers KPI’s, from Sales and wastage to process and availability, this operation quickly became renowned throughout all sectors of the retailing world, seeing an incremental demand for support provision.
Expansion became inevitable, and with a wealth of internal resource pieced together from the best of the best across the nation, a team of specialists encapsulating retail management across all disciplines and seniorities are now in operation, meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and clients nationwide.
Operations expand across aspects of the fresh foods sector and into primary functions of grocery, non foods and key retailing services.
