- Promotional Management – instigation of
promotional analysis and mechanic. Review of best for trade opportunity and
profit maximisation to customer demand
- Pack Size Optimisation Review
- New Line Setup & Implementation Review
- Historical Data Analysis
- Key stakeholder feedback – all relevant activity
is documented and presented to key stakeholders ensuring the business loop of
continuity is maintained
- Supplier Service Review & Feedback
- Identification of ad-hoc sales growth opportunities and development of business areas on behalf of and conjunction with the aims of customers and clients
